Kiryat Shmona’s Gold Park is preparing to become the opening hub of the first large-scale Yalla Galilee festival. The three-day launch will combine children’s and youth activities with nightly performances, while honoring northern residents and families of reservists after a difficult period.
The wider festival spans 15 Galilee locations, including Nahariya, Kfar Giladi, Majdal Shams, Kfar Vradim, Metula, Ma’ale Yosef, Lohamei HaGetaot and Safed. Organizers say each stop will offer its own mix of music, markets, food and attractions. Beyond entertainment, the project is designed to encourage visitors to return, stay overnight and support tourism businesses across the region.
